Assess, educate and administer adult/childhood immunizations as well as transport vaccines to the barangays, according to protocol for clients of all ages.
Maintain proper storage and handling of vaccines per DOH (Department of Health) policy and procedures.
Performs end of the month vaccines and family planning commodities inventory
Communication, maintain effective communication to convey patient health status, treatment plans and progress.
Do screening, educate, counsel patients diagnose with hypertension and diabetes especially Elderly.
