Experience in General:

More than 35 years I`m still working in agribusiness activity, my experience & role and responsibilities are :

Good relationship with governmental authorities

Responsible for the first step for land reclamation wells digging

infrastructure of irrigation systems ( pivots, drip and sprinkler irrigation ), agriculture tools and machines, roads and buildings, employees structure ..etc

Planting, organizing and managing activities of farm on a daily basis.

integrated management of farming operations,

for maximum quality and crop yield

for organization of farm working processes administration, machinery usage,

and managing workers and staff,

Technical and practical competencies, as well as, the ability to make sound business decision.

Have good experience of horticulture & field crops, their biology and plant physiology; pests and diseases and their control;

With control; irrigation and monitoring of crops as also supervision of workers,

Have good knowledge of cropping techniques and best agronomic practices, uses, operation and maintenance of farming equipment and tools, weeds, diseases and irrigation and propagation methods.

Understanding the implications of the weather and making contingency plans;

Applying healthy and safety standards across the farm estate;

Planning, coordinating and executing farm activities by work assignments, selecting priorities and directing the work of subordinate employees as per set priorities by management;

Procuring the required supplies such as fertilizers, pesticides and other items on time; and maintained in proper standard storage;

Keeping financial records up to date; to maintain farm progress versus budget plant;
