• Recognized as the highest rent collection within the portfolio after property take-over by 98% rent collected.

• Prior to Luxia Midtown, I oversaw multi-site two phases community, Twin Creeks Crossing 1 & 2 total of 667 units, and a team of 13 members. Maintained 99% leased and 98% occupancy throughout Q3 until properties sold.
• Onboarded as a new manager for Sonsrena, 430 units, and a team of 9.
