− HIV basic care and treatment management of patients, appropriate treatment follow up of these clients for retention to care and increased quality of life using national guidelines.

− Pre and Post-test counseling for HIV

− Ensuring Linkage of Clients tested positive

− Follow up of clients on treatment for retention on care through cohort monitoring by psychosocial workers.

− Tracking of defaulters and lost to follow ups.

− Collection of VIRAL LOAD SAMPLES.
