DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE, CRAFTSMAN UNITY Responsible for production line maintenance, installations, and preventive maintenance of all automation equipment. This includes 3 other locations where I troubleshoot over teams to keep production up and running. Lead projects to consolidate and relocate production lines. Equipment includes but not limited to material handling, mixing, extruding, conveyor systems, palletizers, chillers, ionizers, pick-n-place, lasers, exposure units, dryers, germicidal and post-exposures. CTP EQUIPMENT SERVICES REP, MACDERMID PRINTING SOLUTIONS Senior Engineering Technician working on the Computer-To-Plate Laser Imaging Machine. Responsible for assisting all electrical engineers and guiding other technicians in their day to day job. Assembled and tested machines from scratch. Work with both UVA and UVC lasers / lamps. Maintained chemical cold storage unit and video security system for inventory control.
