Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary. As a Cook / Commis 1 and Pizzaiolo

Prepared pizza dough, pizza sauce, and all ingredients needed for daily operations.

Prepared bread like Ciabatta, Grissini, Focaccia and crackers

Prepared fresh pasta like fettuccine, pappardelle and some ravioli pasta like spinach ravioli and ravioli di Manzo to name a few.
