I had a high involvement with completing Customer calls & collect all documentation necessary for loan approval. I composed file to cover income & asset calculations, review to clear documents provided by customers covers what is needed for loan approval & entered & updated systems accordingly for loan approval review with other departments (Underwriting & Loan Consultants, Closers & Title). I accelerated loans on the fast track for approval by covering what was needed in detail & premeditated other items possibly needed to stay within product guidelines for a quick loan approval process.
