Professional Objective

Obtain a Production Manager position. I hope to provide sound leadership and guidance for those I lead while, improving the working environment and profitability of my employer. Key Accomplishments

Production Manager for Rivian which consist of 32-55 team members, 3 Team Leaders, 2 Robot Techs, 2 logistic Drivers, 1 Quality Tech

Managed and directed all aspects of Rivian operations, including coordinating work schedules, instituting policies, procedures, conducting evaluations and disciplinary measures.

Constantly monitored production KPI’s to maintain targets. Improve input/feedback process with assemblers, thereby improving productivity.

Worked closely with launch team to develop, implement, and monitor detailed operating plans to optimize workflow in a new launch environment involving significant changes every month

Coordinated with Engineering team to initiate and implement process improvements that increased productivity and reduced costs.

Trained, supervised, and coached Team Leads. Promoted team members to new positions of challenge and responsibility to foster career development.

Work closely with warehouse staff, using forklifts and other heavy equipment, always maintaining strict adherence to safety guidelines.

Magna Exteriors Belvidere Lift-gate Assembly (12/2019 – 11/2021)

Production Manager for Lift-gate Assembly which consist of 35-50 team members, 6 logistic operators and 3 Team Leaders.

Directed product shipments through cross-functional collaborations with manufacturing to ensure on time deliveries.

Assigned team leaders to different jobs based on their skill level and potential. Cross training Team Leads and manpower led to increased production, quality and avoided worker monotony.
