November 2020- 2021 COVID-19 Case Investigator / Contact Tracer
The case investigator is responsible for contacting people with laboratory confirmed, probable, and, and suspected diagnoses COVID-19 and providing health education and guidance in order to interrupt ongoing disease transmission.
Objective: I held my job position as a Case Investigator/Contact Tracer Contact tracers use clear protocols to notify, interview, and advise close contacts to patients. Case Investigator must be able to conduct a conversation-base investigation (as opposed to reading a script or data collection form) to obtain.
Job Specifications/Qualification:

. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
. High School diploma or equivalent
. 1-3 years’ experience in a medical center or community health care settings
. Computer literate
. Working Knowledge of medical terminology

Generates a daily report of outstanding orders in the beginning and the end of the day
Maintains an electronic tracking desktop
Tracks one hundred patients orders per day within the 6 month probationary period
Tracks patients orders in CPS and completing orders in I2I
Tracks routine lab orders weekly to ensure completion within 3 months after the orders was given
Notifying the provider via his/her desktop the status of an order that has not been completed within the designated time and await instructions
Performs other duties as assigned
