Juvenil Manager in the ACDM for two years, being in 2000 and in 2001 responsible for managing athletics and taking part, actively, in the Town Hall’s Plan of promoting athletics in Póvoa de Varzim. Participation in several interchange programmes within ACDM on the extent of the “Programa Juventude para a Europa”-
