RESPOSIBILITY AND NATURE OF WORKS AS BMS & LOW CURRENT ENGINEER

Responsible for project conception, development, and final design for commercial,

Work also included supervising the project design and coordination with clients, architects, vendors and contractors.

Creation of schedules and check lists of works to completed, to complete and integrate

Projects included KFUPM BUILDING 57, Sabic Beach, Labor Camp. Manazil C75 Hilton Hotel

Report to Project manager and site manager. Lead a team of Supervisor, Foreman, Electrician & draftsman.

Examining field conditions as required supporting development and completion of projects.

Responsible for Raising Technical Query for any changes and Design issue.

Organize rework and supervise defective works identified by the commissioning teams.

Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Work Order.

To check out whether work has executed as per approved drawing and standard or not.

Monitoring the quality of work and material used as per project specification.

Preparation of work schedule and Issuance of site work permits.
