TRIMS TECHNOLOGY – Interior soft trim supplier for cut/sew applications including seating, side door trim, consoles, wrapping of armrests, of cloth, leather, or vinyl material.

HOLLINGSWORTH/ MAS INTL. – Sequence/ assembly supplier for JIT applications, sub-component assembly, and inbound sequencing from Low Cost Country (LCC) to the OEM Assembly plants.

CHEL MER INSPECTION SERVICES – Custom inspection services to Tier 1, OEM Assembly plants, for on time inspection of damaged, mis-labeled, or other incoming products not meeting product specification.

2000-2008 DBM TECHNOLOGIES – Blowmolding company increased sales by $14M with in 3 years to become major supplier to Chrysler on all models until sold to Plastech.

2008-2010FLAMBEAU – Blow molding company increased sales by $5M within my 1 year contract with a mutual release between both parties to pursue other blow molding companies to purchase

Developed new application at Technology Center for blowmolding technology. Validated

blowmolded knee bolsters for interior I.P. programs to compete with existing processes.

Reporting to the owners of ABC, responsible for all decorative applications including:

developing blowmolding/injection molding strategies; technical presentations; sales forecasts and

engineering, quality and production to assure manufacturing expertise.

A Thermoset / Thermoplastic producer of exterior and functional applications requiring structural integrity

and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, and engineering.

Secured new business when GM was downsizing and eliminating sources

Managed existing programs through plant visits on engineering and quality issues

Marketing proposals were given for new applications that would fit our technology thereby

acquiring new business
