PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Dialer is a component which routes the service calls by satisfying certain conditions. American Express decided to change all their services from the legacy architecture to new architecture called FAME without disturbing the existing users. If the service call is triggered by the new user (created after implementing FAME) then dialer will route their service calls to new FAME architecture, if it is by existing user the service will be routed to legacy service. Dialer will also route the calls between FAME and legacy based on the buckets such as the percentage of the calls, channel from with the call originated and threshold values. If the parent transaction call has been passed via FAME or legacy the secondary transaction calls will also be routed to the same type of services. Dialer will map the request between Generic requests to FAME request if the call is routed to FAME.
