HVAC MAINTENANCE ENGINEER IN I-MANCO TRADING & CONTRACTING CO. {PROJECT: - MATERNITY & CHILDREN HOSPITAL HAIL, K.S.A.}.

Responsibilities:-

Performs and assist in the repair or installation work of all heat & cool air-conditioning systems.

In-charge maintenance work of all air-conditioning machines and other equipments.

Develops and manages preventive maintenance programs, including new Preventive maintenance procedures, work reviews and approval.

Manages inspection reporting’s, corrective actions and change control Activities troubleshoot and perform root cause failure investigations.

Provide technical support to facilities and other site departments as needed for troubleshooting, repair and process optimization.

Daily checking of all ISOLATION ROOMS inside departments of hospital & other procedures as per CBAHI policies & procedures.

Preparation and Completion of Job orders.

Preparation of purchase list of materials before breakdown maintenance.
