2019 – June 2022 F&B Director at «Kinorica» LLC Hospitality Management Company (Official franchisee of Hilton brand in Uzbekistan) Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Responsible for all F&B related pre-opening activities, such as: approving F&B outlets layouts, kitchen and restaurant equipment selection, service operational equipment selection, outlets concept and menu development, personnel management, training of staff, SOP development and implementation, budgeting & forecasting, storekeeping systems set-up, hygiene standards set-up and implementation. Took a direct part in the training of 50 F&B staff members of Hilton Garden Inn Samarkand, opened in 21st of August 2022. Worked on three projects simultaneously Hilton Double Tree, Bukhara city; Hilton Garden Inn, Samarkand city and Samarkand Touristic Centre, Samarkand city.
2015 – 2019 F&B Operations Manager at LLC «Five Line» (Anglesey Food Ltd.) Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Opened and managed chain of Food Courts in Tashkent city, with 150+ team members. Implemented pre-opening plan: market research, identifying kiosks concept, budgeting and forecasting, recruiting and selecting staff, developing business processes for every kiosk, storekeeping system set up, SOP`s development. Personally trained 120 team members. In charge of day-to-day operations of All Day Dining restaurant and In-room dining, with team of 35 employees. Successfully managed serving 750-800 guests on daily basis in All Day Dining restaurant with average leading quality assurance-LQA score of 93%. Improved timing and quality of service of 15 Villas by optimizing processes and training of the team members. In partnership with executive chef created and implemented special villa menu with option to order products in bulks by KG and cook at the villa kitchen, which increased in-room dining average check from 27$ to approximately 32-33$ and made the guests feel at home.
