Delivery Driver/Warehouse

Universal Lift Parts - Saginaw, MI

Opened business for start of days activities

Made coffee available for drivers.

Removed company vehicles from warehouse for use by other drivers. Changed flat tires, jump started vehicles or made other temporary repairs for vehicles as needed. Pulled requests for auto parts by auto dealers and repair shops from fax machine. Filled orders from warehouse stock for first deliveries. Consulted management for discrepancies in parts quantity and location as needed. Called customers for verification of orders when discrepancies arose. Placed parts and orders out for drivers first deliveries, sorting in general geographic order for maximum efficiency, customer satisfaction and mileage concerns. Dispatched drivers for deliveries until management arrived. Assisted truck drivers with deliveries to warehouse using forklift and pallet jacks.
