With Covid-19 turning the Restaurant Industry upside down Managing has a different meaning. We only offered Pick-up and Delivery orders through food delivery companies like Doordash and Grubhub. So my duties are more hands on being in the kitchen 95% of the time doing prep, cooking, working at different stations. Not to mention my regular duties as a General Manager which are payroll, ordering from purveyors and deligating to the staff.
