• At GM Silao, got the Cranks Scrap balancing issues down from 10 % per month to only 1 %.

• At GM Ramos, had excellent installation time for machines, scheduled was 1 week, and real was 4 days.
• At GM, got good percentages of uptime in the machining cranks area, by over 85% per month.
• At GM, got the certification of Apprentice and Journeyman in RED X, which is a solution technique.
• Finished the “Tiger Shark” project on time for the Crankshaft line at FCA Saltillo North (at November 2013).
