Cooking over **years.mostly pizzerias and Restaurants.HAve done Grill at college.Shorder cook in tugboats.Was breakfast cook at HoilidayIIn.HighSchool was for cooking.Name,Food and Maritime TradeSchool in Manhattan N.y.c. Graduated 1979.also work at chickendelight frycook,prep.In pizzerias did all prep work making of dough and sauces,dinners,sandwiches,salads.On tugboats prepared breakfast,lunch,dinner for crew of ten to twelve crewmen.also did all ordering of food and shopping.
