ROLE DETAILS AS HSE SUPERVISOR:

Maintain a safe and productive working environment by conducting appropriate safety, corrective action and inspections on a regular basis

Inspection prior to hand receiving of all type of work permit, Conduct daily site health, safety inspections and immediately rectify unsafe acts or conditions

Ensure the all the activities like lifting, Trench Excavation,Installing of Solar Panel,Hot works, Paintings & all type of Civil works etc. are carried as per the safety standard

Ensure that safe methods of work are employed

Ensure that all applicable rules and regulation are being observed on site all times

Assist investigations with regard to accidents/incidents or dangerous occurrences by compiling and reporting all relevant details required to the Health and Safety Supervisor and/or Health and Safety Manager

Check plant, Lifting Tackle, operators and equipment’s and the validity of all appropriate test certificates by accredited third parties,

Ensure that every employee is informed and trained to perform their job in a productive and safe way in accordance with HSE policies &procedures.

Ensure that authorized programs of accident prevention and emergency evacuation are in place.

Undertake reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.

Checking fire extinguisher, monthly inspection of fire extinguisher condition.
