Roles & Responsibilities:

• Observing and coordinating the intended operation from the controlroom.

• Monitoring plant conditions using displays, visuals and trend records.

• Execute operational tasks as assigned safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Proven expertise in start-up and shutdown procedures as well as commissioning and pre-commissioning.

• Responsible for optimising process conditions to achieve the required yield and product quality by monitoring process parameters, addressing variances, and correcting errors.

• In charge of overseeing the maintenance tasks and handing them off in accordance with PTW protocol.

• Reporting, record-keeping, and communication.

• Coordination with other process operators and the shift in charge to ensure seamless operation.

• Check each work permit that has been signed on the job site to make sure it is being carried out safely and in compliance with SOP.

• Setting up the machinery, such as positioners, SOX NOX analyzers, dust monitors, and oxygen analyzers.

• Examining the efficiency of temperature and pressure sensors, as well as commissioning turbine-related TDBFPs and MDBFPs.

• Working knowledge of emergency conditions, such as a boiler puncture brought on by simultaneous TDBFP and MDBFP.

• Reconfiguring the SOX NOX analyzer's settings and overall operation in accordance with the amount of coal consumed and the load.

• Calibrate the analyzer on a regular basis (zero calibrations, zero purging), and then blow out the probe completely and restart the analyzer to clean it.

• Produce reports to keep track of the health and suitability of the equipment.

• Providing manufacturers with remote connectivity and assistance so they may calibrate some of their vital goods, such vibration modules.

• Has experience setting up and commissioning SWAS panels.

• Deliver the equipment for maintenance and inspection.

• Conduct routine inspections of the equipment to look for abnormalities, report any issues found, and work with the manufacturer to schedule servicing.

• Remaining in constant communication with various parts of the entire plant to maintain its overall operational state.

• Ensures that maintenance activities are coordinated safely, that hazardous raw materials are handled, and that proper housekeeping and cleanup are carried out.

• Monitoring facility performance and reporting any irregularities in operation.

• Obtain work permits, follow up on ongoing projects, and keep an eye on the actions of contractors to ensure they are adhering to safety regulations and procedures.

• Immediately notify the production supervisor of any equipment or instrument problems, unwanted noises, or leaks so that appropriate repair action can be taken.

• Conduct regular, routine inspections of all machinery and components to make sure they are running properly and in compliance with SOPs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the senior operator, operates the equipment safely, effectively, and continuously.

• Carries out the operational work allocated to them in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Knowledge of pre-commissioning, start-up, and shutdown procedures Monitoring process variables, correcting deviations, and improving process conditions are all necessary to achieve the desired product yield and quality.

• Reporting, record-keeping, and communication.

• Produce reports to keep track of the health and suitability of the equipment.

• Has prior experience with shutdown tasks such as acid cleaning, lube oil flushing, water flushing, and chemical cleaning.

• Replacing and disinfecting the RO membranes.

• Take part in rinsing, cleaning, and setting up new projects according to standard operating procedure. Control valves are opened and closed as well as shutdown valves from the control room.

• Has expertise working with all types of fire and safety equipment. Troubleshoots plant operations and takes corrective action to minimise production loss.

• Regular patrols to check that machinery is operating safely as intended and that back-up equipment is ready to go if needed.

• Helped with the full construction and commissioning of a new SWAS Panel to replace the outdated one.

• Equipment operation and routine and irregular inspections.
