Healthefx was acquired by Equifax in 2021 .Worked in the ACA division,supported the Healthefx legacy product and also worked in the new product that was being created to support ACA,Payroll, HR, Tax and Benefit Administrator solutions after the acquisition.

Equifax uses Agile Methodology (-Sprint Release 2-week cycle) as compared to Healthefx that uses more of a Waterfall approach .

The Orbi Lending System was a complete web-based application to track and manage Citibank Mortgage products. This application is a foreclosure application, tracking all loans that are in foreclosure.

Home Loan applications referral starts with loans eligible for referral based on delinquency status and a series of status validations and investor requirements. This “qualifies” a loan for a default action, or at least for further review. In the current environment, MSP creates the Desktop extracts when a foreclosure or bankruptcy workstation becomes active.
