Additional Information

Prior to enlisting in the United States Coast Guard, I had an extensive career in the culinary field. At the Kent Manor Inn located in Stevensville, MD, I promoted through the ranks from Line Cook to Banquet Chef between 1996 - 2001. I then accepted the position of Sous Chef at the Historic Summit Inn located in Farmington, PA in 2001. Left that position to enlist in the United States Coast Guard.
