● As a Sous Chef I’m in charge of breakfast for 2,500 to 3,500 pax in Wind Jammer Restaurant and Dinner for 1,200 pax in Deck 5 fine Dinning (Maharajah)
● To conduct training, coaching for new hires and make sure day to day new recipes cards are followed
● Cost Control, Hygiene, Safety as per Unite States Public Healthy (USPH), HACCP, Galley Management and daily operation report.
