Directing multiple teams with full responsibility: managing full cycle of projects- ownership, vendors and project team, full financial management- billing/collecting-monitoring job budget including subcontractors, providing leadership, demonstrating good critical thinking skills, and timely closure of projects. Consistently and professionally communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants’ pertinent information regarding timelines, supply chain issues and change orders.

Provide monthly profit/cost projections and accurately forecast market revenue for the next weeks to come.
