Safety Director – Colorado Cleanup Corp – July 2018 to March 2023. I wrote all safety documentation for each contracted job. (demolition and earthwork contractor) I provided orientation and safety training to all employees. Conducted safety audits of all job sites. Fleet manager responsible for DOT compliance.

HR, Safety, Facility and Security Manager – Catalyst Card Company – July 2013 to Aug 2016

I was a key component of the management team for a start-up company in Centennial. I did all the hiring/firing and resource management as HR Manager. I was also the Safety Officer. I coordinated the actions of all facility contractors, as well as led projects for moves and re-arrangements. This was a high-security credit card manufacturing facility, and I was the Security Manager.

Facilities Manager – Integrated Printing Solutions - October 2011 to July 2013.

Directed maintenance contractors, moves and re-arrangements and all facility repairs. Supervised janitorial and guard staff, managed RF-ID badge access system and cameras / DVR’s for a high-security facility. I was also the safety officer. I achieved certification for IPS as a safe workplace under CO worker’s comp regulations, saving the company on comp insurance.

Independent Training Consultant - July 1998 to October 2011. I travelled and trained safety and regulatory classes for a variety of companies across the US. I also developed courses as well as trained other instructors. My customers included AT&T, Lucent, GE Capitol Corp, Top Driver, Norfolk & Southern RR, NCR and others.

Senior Training Development Specialist for the AT&T Environment, Health & Safety Organization from October, 1981 to June, 1998. Development of regulatory compliance training programs for AT&T. I developed instructor-led courses as well as video training, interactive computer-based training and interactive satellite television. I traveled extensively to train instructors on new courses and manage development projects with vendors and subject matter experts nationwide. I held professional certifications as an Occupational Health and Safety Technologist, and as a Certified Environmental Trainer. I was the first recipient of the ‘Customer Dazzlement Award’, aimed at recognizing exceptional performance toward internal AT&T customers.
