Care and preventative maintenance of all branch and ATM locations across credit union.
Using ServiceNow platform for prioritizing and working active tickets, using project management tools including Microsoft Project
Mentoring new employees to department on procedures and day-to-day work.
Coordinated an average of 13 ATM building replacements each year including site surveys with electrician, creation of replacement schedule, project plan utilization, alignment with vendors, on- site coordination of work, communications, and follow through to completion.
