DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean Weld joint or work piece using wire brush, portable grinder, or chemical bath.

Preheat work piece before welding using hand touch or heating fumace.

Full welding of pipe line on top pipe rack, carbon steel and stainless steel.

Repair broken or cracked parts and fills holes.

Prepare broken parts for welding by grooving of scarfing surface.

Position and clamps work piece them in jig or fixture.

Full Welding of carbon / steel pipe rack on NGL 4 expansion.

I'm working during shutdowns, full welding of new replacement pipe line.

Weld using ER 70S-3 for root pass and hot pass, E7016 filling and capping with 100% R.T

Assist to pipe fitter for act welding

Chips off excess weld, slag and spatter, using hand scrapper or power chipper.

Weld pipe line gas in offshore by GMAW automatic downhill 5g.

Station 1 root by dual torch root and hot pass.

Station 2 weld by same machine first filling.

Station 3 to weld last filling.

Station 4 to weld same machine last pass by capping.

Making sand blast by automatic sand blast machine.

Free heat the pipe after sand blasting and to put cover by rubber.

After to put the last metal shield and put the foam chemicals before to lay down in the

sea base
