Implemented the start-up program for Community Mental Health Centers in five rural counties in Western Wyoming, wrote the grant for and implemented a non medical detox in-patient treatment center, acted as the Clinical and Associate Director for staff in five county mental health centers. Provided direct clinical services to residents of Sublette County through the mental health center, local schools, law enforcement, and Southwest Alcohol Rehabilitation Association. Certified as a VA Counseling Psychologist, I evaluated and counseled returning Veterans with TBI and PTSD as they re-entered society. Served as school psychologist/psychometrist for Big Piney School District, evaluating, counseling and testing students for emotional issues and learning disabilities, consulting and advising parents of students on how to support their children.
