● Overview of Daily Funding/Closing.

● Manage and update daily Loan Pipeline.

● Audit review of closed files according investor's guidelines. Stack and ship out to investors for purchase.

● Follow up on investor's Suspense conditions, review and execute any pending conditions for Purchase Clearing.

● Arrange daily payoffs for purchased loans and file away for storage/archive.

● Execute and monitor MERS Transfers from Funding to investor's Purchasing of closed loans.

● Coordinate with Title companies and follow up on Post-Closing Final Trailing Documents for all purchased loans. Review and ship out Final Trailing Docs to investors.

● Review and process investor's Post-Closing Audits and Buy-Backs.
