Work Experience

Machine Helper

Accu-swiss Machine Shop - Oakdale, CA

March 2022 to June 2022

My role was to clean finished parts coming out of the cnc machines using a variety of equipment to ensure clean product free of debris was packaged and staged for shipping. Deburr, drill press, buff and polish, air dry, lathes, and quality inspect before I packaged the parts. Machine Operator

Graham Packaging Company - Modesto, CA

December 2021 to March 2022

As a machine operator at this assignment I was responsible for a production line that produces plastic containers for clients that order them for their products. Various different types of product would be contained by the quality containers we're producing. Motor oil, cooking oil, coffee cans are some examples that the clients would order container for. Since some would be for food, food grade and quality tests was required, hourly. Using various types of instruments to perform the checks for quality and safety, lasting fifteen minutes at every hour. All while still being in charge of the line that was required to continually run all shift. I would make sure that I was alert and the product was looking uniform coming out the machine. If I seen anything that didn't look correct I would turn my attention to the issue and ensure that the line continued to run with the least amount of down time as possible so that we would produce highest number of finished product possible, per shift. Multi-tasking, awareness, and self-motivation are some of the attributes that translate to being a excellent production operator. Other than safety and ensuring the line was running nonstop, the most important part of the operation, I would need to keep a record mentally of the amount of preforms loaded into the first section of my line. Not too much so the belt won't get overloaded and require the line to stop and just enough to continually keep a consistent amount going into the blower that turns the preforms into the containers selected by the client. Very simple and exciting opportunity after a couple days and once I got all the techniques down of the position, it became second nature and the visible improvement allowed me to operate my own line solo with no issues. Very rewarding when all is done correctly, while producing great finished product numbers per shift, and the responsibility entrusted in you by your employer Assembly Technician

Tesla - Fremont, CA

February 2020 to April 2021

Using highly expensive and sophisticated power tools on the s/x model assembly line, undercarriage department. The line would be timed per section while recording all the times each specific tool was used and ensures correct first-time installment of hardware since some of the duties were categorized as critical shots of installment by technicians. So doing everything correctly the first time ensured a high- quality, safe finished product for customers in an industry that is extremely criticized and meets the quality and safety expectations of the customers that pay the premium price to own a Tesla. Very fast pace and exciting environment that keeps employees motivated to want to succeed and keep up with your duties in your section so that the line doesn't stop putting you in full attention of the department as to; why are we stopped? Or having too many bad or incorrect shots recorded by your tool into the system causing someone from the engineering department come downstairs to your section asking what's the issue with the amount of bad shots being performed by the technician. I believe as long as you have common sense, are not clumsy with safety precautions, is mechanically inclined, and showed up everyday on time, you would be a great teammate and doing your part in accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy
