Electronic Leak Survey (ELS) is an enterprise GIS application intended to automate paper-based gas leak survey processes into electronic maps which enhances leak survey procedure efficiencies and optimizes compliance demands (CPUC SB1371). ELS application promotes business sustainability and operability by enabling field technicians to better work remotely through iPad devices (Epoch Field).ELS application is integrated with the Epoch Field application in mobile devices to administrate leak survey procedures by Crew/Technician users. PowerWorkz is an asset management system (AMS) application designed to manage capital assets and infrastructure and automates work processes like service requests, work orders, inspections, audits, projects, reports, and contracts.

San Diego Gas and Electric (SDGE) uses the PowerWorkz application as a work and asset management solution for Transmission, Construction & Maintenance (TCM), and Vegetation Management Services (VMS). EPOCH Field is an enterprise software product designed to optimize utility management operations in field services. It enables asset management solutions via a map-centric platform with cutting-edge technologies. Epoch Field enables and empowers assets’ administration and maintains field operations for Sempra assets business domains - vegetation management (VMS), and transmission construction maintenance (TCM). EPOCH mobile applications (TCM/VMS) are customized to optimize existing mobile legacy systems (InfraMap) work activities with other internal Sempra-owned integration tools, and optimize business workflows to adhere to the state regulations and compliances.

Project#4: PowerWorkZ 2.0 Upgrade March 2018 – November 2019. Role: PMO Consultant - Lead Location: Osceola TDC, Palm Springs, CA. Client: Sempra Energy Utilities (SDG&E)

PowerWorkz is an asset management system (AMS) which is designed to manage capital assets and infrastructure, and automates work processes like service requests, work orders, inspections, audits, projects, reports, and contracts.

San Diego Gas and Electric (SDGE) uses the PowerWorkz application as a work and asset management solution for Transmission, Construction & Maintenance (TCM) and Vegetation Management Services (VMS). PowerWorkz consists of two major components – CityWorks server, which is used for front office operations, and the InfraMap application, which is used for field crew operations. Issues in the legacy system that impact business operations have prompted the need to upgrade all of the software. The PowerWorkz 2.0 upgrade project is initiated to enable TCM and VMS business capabilities with upgraded software components. PowerWorkz2.0 is aimed to upgrade an application with state-of-the-art software components within PowerWorkz. As a part of upgrade project, CityWorks server will be upgraded from a version 2012 to version 2015 which empowers the front office operations. Specific to field work operations, InfraMap application is being replaced with the EPOCH mobile application which enables field work management capabilities for SDG&E’s Vegetation Management (VMS) and Transmission, Construction & Maintenance (TCM) operations. V-Performance is a product which suites to automate and optimize fossil generation, demand response/distributed generation by integrating market information with operational and trading data to provide a complete set of business intelligence that allows dispatchers and plant operators to make informed decisions. V-Performance delivers a complete solution across all of a customer’s generation assets and planning applications such as Outage Management [ODMS], Scheduling, and Supply Availability & Generation of power on a Day- Ahead/Hour Ahead Basis. Product optimizes by eliminating redundant and potentially inaccurate data housed in disparate systems.

It embraces Portfolio and Asset Status dashboards and reporting provide real-time situational awareness of operations and power markets between plant personnel, dispatchers, traders, and management. Performance reporting at portfolio and plant levels provides insight into key performance metrics and progress against budgets, which management needs to run their business. VPerformance has an in-built feature of reporting suite - Hourly, Daily, monthly, YTD reports to display detailed information about stations and generators customized to meet plant reporting requirements. Dynamic Customer Insight (DCI) is a web based application which enables to integrate customer identification programs, customer risk rating, and AML enhanced due diligence activities to create a single view of customer risk assessment. DCI intended to Identify and stratify customers through CDD procedures, monitor high risk customers more closely through EDD procedures and do refine the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Risk Assessment activities systematically. Application acts as a central repository for each customer’s risk profile and tracks complete audit trail or risk profile changes which emphasizes automated risk determination and real-time reporting. Project#7: CVS MH FAZAL-FACETS September 2012 – October 2015 Client: CVS Caremark (CVS Health) Location: Solon, Ohio Role: Sr. Project Coordinator/QA Manager

Project Summary:

The project involves business user acceptance and System validation efforts for different projects related to Billing, enrollments, TRR’s, and various Letters & Reports. FAZAL is a web-based application used as an enrollment processing tool for various channels like Paper, Fax, CMS web submission, CCRx web submission, enrollment portal, phone, and SPAP files. Fazal currently processes these through a BEQ process check to determine various levels of eligibility. These validations result in an application being considered “clean” or discrepant. Discrepant records are sent to a workflow for users to review and perform any necessary actions. The Fazal application also performs a check on inbound applications against existing membership (active and inactive), using an extract sent via DUPCHECK (current Facets host). Refer to high-level accomplishments secured in the project as below. Roles and Responsibilities:

Fresh Start is a new enterprise version program that OptumRx is establishing to create a major increase in business volume using UHG eligibility data from their ACIS, PRIME, and CES platforms. UnitedHealth Group currently enrolls 14 million members in pharmacy plans that are administered by an external pharmacy benefit manager (PBM). As the contract with the external PBM is due to expire, an enterprise-wide project has been established to migrate all commercial business to Prescription Solutions. Project Fresh Start will consolidate the delivery of comprehensive PBM services to provide the highest levels of service to employer groups, providers and members.

The UHG Benefit Plan Migration Process is a part of the overall Fresh Start UHG Migration Process. This project focuses on the transfer of benefit plan configuration from the Incumbent PBM (IPBM) to an internal UHG database

(Northfield or the landing zone) directly to RxCLAIM application. Responsibilities:

Led on-shore team for Benefit Plan Migration project (SPRF-45155).

Managed and implemented team of 11 at off-shore for BPM project.

(PBM).

The Purpose of data migration is to migrate various data from Medco application to RxClaim.It has various projects within the data migration details as specified below.

Project-A: Accumulators- HRA-CAMS: It’s an enterprise wise conversion of real-time HRA-saving accounts of members from the Medco database to RxClaim.Migration of saving details were interacted with multiple application layers like CAMS,B2B and ESB.

Project-B: Prior Authorization: It depicts the migration of UnitedHealth Care Pharmacy (UHCP) existing Prior Authorization details from Medco into RxCLAIM through specific defined layout structure.

Project-C: Claims History: This project focuses on the migration of 18 months old claims history of members from Medco to RxClaim instances through claims highway. Once the migration process being runs, QA will validate Claims’ historical records loaded into RxClaim and the Error Reports.

Project-D: Combined Accumulators-TOPS: The purpose of this project is to migrate the combined medical/pharmacy accumulators for deductible, out of pocket, 4th quarters carry over and Benefit Maximum for Lifetime, Annual, Drug Specific accumulator values from Medco to OptumRx. These real- time operations have interactions with multiple layers like TOPS, B2B, UPM and ESB.

Project-E: MMT (Migration Management Tool): Fresh Start Migration Extracts for MMT is part of the overall Fresh Start UHG Migration Process. This project focuses on providing data migration results to OptumRx where data is migrated from PBM or UHG to OptumRx.
