● Helped develop an action plan to find tutors and provide training for getting jobs for young black kids and teenagers in the community in Orlando.
● Developed a plan for training for young black students who plan on getting a job and go through an interview process
● Worked with a team of 10 people on creating interview process for people who want to become mentors for the program

● Created flyers and recruited students for a Mediated Conversation about race with the Mars Hill town council and students of the university for Black History Month.
● Composed a proclamation with a team of 7 people for Racial Justice in Mars Hill for Black History Month
● Succeeded in creating a proclamation for Racial Justice and got it passed by Mars Hill Town council and the mayor on February 1, 2020
