West Hills Health and Rehabilitation Care Center, Resident Care Center, Employed there since October 2021 thru September 2022. Avamere Crestview Care Center – Director of Nursing –3/10/2019 through 6/2019 –

Accountable to the Administrator. Responsible for the daily operation of the Nursing Department Compliance monitoring in the areas of resident care, medications, treatments, in-service and education to maintain a high standard of care by the Licensed nursing and Certified Nurses Assistances. Daily, weekly and monthly audits of all nursing systems to maintain compliance with the State Regulations. Infection Control observations throughout the building as to avoid widespread issues with disease processes. Validates that mandatory in-services for nursing staff are provided as required. Directs the functions and activities of the ED in his/her absence.
