Program Director/Sales Representative District Heights, MD As the program director of the Capital Sports Complex facility, I maintained the company’s vision of providing a positive outlet for today’s health conscious consumers. Through the planning, coordination, and implementation of activities, rentals, memberships, programs and events. I ensured that all activities are executed on time and on budget while supervision the 36 support staff members. I oversaw the daily operations of the sports facility which consisted of two championship basketball courts, eight adjacent courts, private workout areas for local professional athletes and visiting teams. We also had aerobic studios, message areas, saunas, a running track, boxing academy, computer learning center and retail area for food and apparel.
