●Review and red-line or prepare in-house Agreements for Group Purchasing Organizations, Wholesalers and Distributors. Ensure Agreements protect the rights of Akorn and eliminate financial liabilities by following Standard Operating Procedures.

●Provide knowledgeable input regarding client accounts for pricing products and responding to requests for lower pricing on specific products in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity and company profitability.

●Maintained relationships with Compendias for new product launches, price changes, NDC changes and discontinuations.
