Was hired to “start-up” a facility in Louisville Kentucky for a software development company out of Denver Colorado. This included locating & securing location, hiring, training & management of personnel, creating standard operating procedures, facilities management, customer service, etc. Our location was responsible for providing a repair/replacement service for our customers handheld scanners and portable printers. They would call our helpdesk for technical assistance and if we could not take care of their problem over the phone, we would ship out a replacement device to arrive the following morning. Reported to upper management in Denver Colorado.

Was hired as a production employee for the Dallas Texas branch, oversaw one particular customer. Set up an in plant (office, lab & production area) in the customer’s location and took care of all their printing ink needs. Matched colors for new and existing jobs, estimated ink usage, produced ink and staged for each job to be ran. Provided press side technical assistance 24/7.
After being with the company for two years I was promoted to Production Manager for the Austell Georgia plant. Within my first six months in Austell, I had all recordable areas of production ranked consistently within the Top 3 monthly out of 19 facilities. Six months later I was promoted to the Plant Manager position responsible for all day-to-day operations including but not limited to hiring & employee development, safety, technical support, production, sales, budgeting, etc. reporting to the VP of Field Operations out of Schaumberg Illinois. Implemented cycle counts at the Austell facility eventually eliminating one of our physical inventories.
