The project would seek to enhance the legacy payment system by accommodate Near Field Communication. Near field communication (NFC) is the technology that enables contactless payments. NFC chips exchange encrypted data to complete a payment. The process creates a lightning-fast checkout flow that is both convenient and highly secure. The long-term benefits for the bank is that it will increase the market share and bring the bank nearer to its customers and enhance user’s experience.

The bank lending legacy system relies on manual processing of multi-page loan documents, statements, pay stubs, title document and additional loan documents. The long-term benefits for the bank is that since RPA is rule-based, it can speed up loan eligibility verification based on pre-defined criteria that every application is evaluated for and thereby freeing-up employees to focus on building relationships with customers.
