Key Responsibilities:
Quality assurance of equipment electrically and electronically.
Inspection of equipment’s during installation repairing and maintenance.
Responsible for interaction with customers, to ensure service levels.
Preparation of Electrical procedures for installation test & Troubleshooting.
Managing the technical operations including the job allocation to engineers.
Maintaining hardware inventory Details.
Scheduling of preventive maintenance of instruments on quarterly basis
Ensure availability to support the Emergency request at Customer Site for 24*7
Assist engineers for troubleshooting and installation.
Technical Evaluation meetings.
Forecasting.
Manage Day-to-Day Customer Support.
Project planning
New equipment installation
Training technical or clinical staff.
Works on project of Operation theatre instrument.
Working on R.O Plant.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Ability to prepare Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
• Willing to be on a call out Rota for emergency callouts.
• Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
