VERY GOOD SECURITY Program Manager Feb 2021 – Dec 2022 Program / Relationship Manager for several large programs with Business Development team at Very Good Security (VGS). Led several successful VGS global businesses’ development programs, channel projects for company and enterprise customers with ARR

(Annual Recurring Revenue) over $10MM. Together with Business Development, Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering

(DevSecOps Engineers, Infrastructure, Observability, Site Reliability, Compliance, and Security), scouted new opportunities, influenced change to rally adoption for VGS Channel expansion. Drove alignment towards several FinTechs and with AWS Cloud partner alliance.

● Led VGS major enterprise (fast-food-chain) technical implementation. Successfully launched VGS Platform (Vault) to customer with collect, protect, and exchange of data security with VGS Zero Vault Data. Customers gained PCI DSS compliance with VGS by moving away from homegrown PCI solution. Project also included managed file transfer of historical data and integration with new payment processors.

● Led the technical migration of VGS largest payment issuer (Mission Lane) from FIS (WorldPay) to TSYS. Project included working with VGS Engineers (DevSecOps) to build/test/deploy VGS large file processing for managed file transfer.

● Partnered with Business Development to identify, screen qualify new partnerships (reseller, referrals), by working with the legal team to expedite programs with Partners. Managed new partnerships with different partners, guided development of product training to ensure new VGS partners have the right understanding of VGS products to resell, refer, co-sell. Periodically monitored programs, conducted analysis of partner performance and regularly met with Partners to identify incentives for Very Good Security. Proactively detected obstacles in partnership development that might affect its success, and reported them to the management team.

● Guided the delivery of VGS Channel’s Program, worked with Sales and Sales Operations to implement VGS GTM (Go-to- Market) Channel Strategy; delivered AWS Marketplace, AWS ISV Accelerate Program, etc. to co-sell VGS products at AWS. Partnered with Sales Operations and VGS AWS Infrastructure team to implement WorkSpan co-sell management network to integrate with Salesforce and AWS APN ACE (AWS Partner Network Customer Engagements).

● Collaborated with Engineers, Infrastructure, Site Reliability, Security to ensure VGS architecture is well-architected, and acted in accordance with cloud best practices and framework so VGS products meet regulatory compliance i.e. PCI DSS, InfoSec SOC 2.

● Contributed requirements to marketing, sales, managed end-to-end process to successfully drive the VGS rebranding efforts for a new company name, new logo, and new messaging. Worked with C-level stakeholders to list and redesign brand touchpoints and brand agency market research. CYBER SECURITY NETWORKS/ARLO TECHNOLOGIES Technical Program Manager June 2020 – Feb 2021 Effectively executed on Arlo quarterly goals, and program managed Arlo’s Security team’s programs. Led security engineers on technical programs of all types through every stage of development, and from ideation to design to completion. This included architecture review, design, and implementation of Product Security for hardware and software and Corporate Security goals such as vulnerability management and PCI DSS projects. Managed program progress kept programs on schedule and within budget.

● Managed daily scrum, providing advice to Product and Corporate security engineers on solutions to removing impediments reported during the scrum meetings on all programs, and escalating to head of security as necessary. 2

This included management of the interdepartmental requirements for Macy’s home page, branding, sales and marketing sites, digital product, and digital platform updates. Optimized various processes to drive productivity. Monitored, controlled and reported project execution, schedules, status, escalated issues, and ensured proper programming procedures were implemented. CALPERS (California Public Employee Retirement System) Technical Project Manager June 2008 – October 2009 Successfully implemented CALPERS’ first data center greening project for one of CALPERS many data centers. Collaborated with State’s Union Facilities Management within CALPERS and several energy companies, such as the Sacramento Municipal Utility Division, as well as the State Information Technology Service Branch to strategize. Identified pilot goals and objectives to optimize data centers for energy efficiency.

● Selected and deployed the wireless sensors to the data center in Sacramento, with goals to improve operation and energy efficiencies by monitoring accurate cooling and heating in the data center aisles.

● Proactively and regularly led presentation to Stakeholders, senior management at the State, with project status and operations and energy metrics gathered from sensors.

● Partnered with PG&E (Pacific Gas and Electric), Information Technology Service Branch (ITSB), SMUD (Sacramento Municipal Utility Division), and CALPERS Facility Management on a new pilot to save energy. PLANETOUT, INC. Operations Project Manager January 2005 – May 2008 Led technical operational programs to upgrade and improve data center security; redesign the ecommerce site. Successfully planned and managed a multi-year project to massively scale online capacity to handle more than one million unique web visitors per day. Managed technical operations projects related to company’s infrastructure, data center operations, an enterprise environment across four sites, with over 1,000 servers using technology from Sun, Cisco, Juniper, Citrix, EMC, and NetApp.

● Led Technical Operations scrum team, led the build of several new architectures in the data center and support the development phase through launch of new ecommerce websites.

● Collaborated with cross-functional teams and managed the deployment of server virtualization which included both hardware/software upgrades. Infrastructure build planning, capital acquisition, followed by several months of deployment.

VERISIGN/SYMANTEC Professional Services Program Manager Promoted with increasing responsibilities to different positions at VeriSign, from Project Management to manager of the Project Management Office (PMO), as Systems Integration Manager in the data center, and as Senior Technical Program Manager in the

(PSO) Professional Service Organization.

● As PMO Manager – recruited and managed five (5) project managers to implement new architecture and new database to achieve system availability and interoperability. Guided and mentored project managers to increase Credentialed PMP

(Project Management Professionals) across leadership.

● As Integration Manager – managed seven (7) system engineers at the VeriSign Key Management Data Center. Deployed new technical services to the data center (e.g. PayPal integration). Worked with system engineers, architects, and system administrators to maintain the data center infrastructure for 99.999 percent availability.

● As Professional Services Program Manager – directed the multimillion-dollar SaaS business development and technical activities in country. Influenced executive-level international customers in Italy, Philippines, Korea, in Certificate Authority implementation.

VISA INTERNATIONAL AND VISA USA Technical Service Manager Directed the implementation of Visa Interactive Electronic Bill Payment project at major financial institutions. Systems implementation included data conversion, reconciliation, user training, and documentation prepared for participating financial institutions. Developed training documentation for Visa’s copy request and chargeback services.

● Managed a team of eight (8) system engineers and quality assurance managers to support the technical development, installation, and deployment of Visa’s first Home Banking Service and electronic payments.
