Career Objectives: - With the rise in the number of occurrence of industrial accidents, I am deeply concerned about the safety of workers and like to contribute my skills and safety regulations knowledge to bring down the number of unpleasant incidence by serving the Organization unit as a Health Safety and Environmental Representative.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.

Ensure that Project is executed in compliance with HSE Plan and Procedure.

To carry out Internal Audit on HSE Matters and make recommendation.

To attend External/Third party Audit and ensure proper compliance with their recommendations.

To Monitor the Site Activities for unsafe Acts and unsafe Conditions and to take immediate corrective Measure to eliminate the hazard i.e. unsafe act/condition.

Carry out HSE Risk Assessment of different activities.

Coordinate with client HSE Representative and ensure proper compliance towards HSE..

To maintain all the HSE related documentations and submit it to the client/HO.

To maintain all HSE related documents and keep it on file for external/internal audit.

To ensure the 100% compliance on using mandatory PPEs.

To carry out and lead the Mock-drills to increase the awareness among the workers.

Monitor and update the HSE risks register and ensure all mitigation plans are strictly adhere to throughout the project execution.

To investigate Incident/ Accident if any, and to prepare report on the same and to make recommendation to curb the recurrence of such incidence.

To do the task based Risk assessment and to ensure proper compliance of the same.

To deliver Training to the employees on different topics to increase the safety awareness among them.

To ensure the availability of PPEs, Fire Extinguishers and First aid Kits.

To apply penalty and deduction on employees violating Safety Rules.

To monitor the Work Permit System and unsure its related compliance.

Monitor inventory and stock of PPE, raise and follow up the necessary purchase requests, to ensure the timely availability of the required goods.

To deliver Safety Induction to new Recruits, Sub- contractor’s Employees and Visitors.

To do periodic labor camp inspection and make report on the same to unsure the provision of proper welfare facilities to the workers lived in camp and also to ensure the safety measures at camp.
