I graduated with BS Mathematics degree in 1972 at the University of San Carlos in Cebu City, Philippines.

I finished my master’s degree, MS Statistics in 1981 at the University of the Philippines in Quezon City, Philippines.

I went to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI on a scholarship to study my master’s degree in Biostatistics, but lacked three units to graduate for I got married and stayed married for ten years; got my divorce and move to Illinois and taught at the College of DuPage for almost twenty years to take care of my second husband who got sick of liver cancer. He died after four years, buried him in his birth town in Texas; and then COVID happened; I went back to work as a cashier at Sal’s Beverage World for three years and worked at Goodwill until I got tired & took a rest. Now I’m ready to work again to keep myself busy as well & productive.
