I am a Sr loan processor for a branch in Henderson, NV. I currently work in Encompass. I scrub new loans and prep them for underwriting including figuring income, assets. I prepare a needs list to the borrower and as soon as I have the items back, I submit the loan. Once approved, I send out a conditional approval email to gather conditions to work toward getting a clear to close. I keep in contact with the borrower throughout the process until closing. I carry a pipeline of anywhere between 40-55.
