Electrophysiology Coordinator January 2022 to Present

Ensure that patients have a history and physical not greater than 1 year old and a complete medication list is in the medical record.

Performs routine specialized procedures such as specimen collection, venipuncture, assistant during loop implants, and sterile dressing changes under established protocols and direct supervision by the Attending Physician.

Prepares exam rooms for sterile in office procedures under established protocols and direct supervision by the Attending Physician.

Maintains stocks of medicines and medical supplies, as necessary.

Prepares exam rooms for the clinician prior to scheduled patients’ appointments.

Practices safety, environmental and/or infection control methods.
