Recruitment Process:
•Prepare HR 3, Adverts, Invites of shortlisted candidates, preparation of Interview packs, Interviews, Reference checks, Salary proposal, Employment offers, and Regrets letters,
•Pre-boarding, On-boarding (completion of employment documents and sign off, Loading new employees on the system and creating personal files as per checklist).
Payroll Process:
•Coordinate payroll process by compiling payroll input and the supporting documents of actions taken i.e. new hire, terminations, movements and benefits changes and submit to payroll.
Termination Process:
•Receive supporting documents, process termination on the SAP system
•Prepare announcement for the line manager’s review and final approval
•Place announcement on intranet, prepare exit documents and
