JOB RESPONSIBILATIES:

01) Programmable logic control system PLC operation monitoring & controlling system.

02) Turbine smoothly Stare-up such as hot start, cold start & worm up start, smoothly

operation & smoothly shutdown activities etc.

03) Responsibility of plant auxiliary such as ACOP,AOP,MOP,Oil-filter,Oil cooler, Cooling

tower etc.

04) Control of digital 505 wood ward Governor Bentley Nevada, vibration monitoring and

other’s.

05) Maintain of required R.P.M, Excitation Voltage & Current, Synchronizing System &

Load Distribution to grid.

06) Already performed turbine overhauling activities.

07) I have experience about 10.854 MW power plant. This power plant consists of seven gas

generators which name is Modern Power Plant. Two generators are 725 KW, Two

generator are 952 KW, Two generators are 1750 KW,& another one is 4000 KW. I have

also experience in schedule, overhauling & top overhauling smoothly operating,

maintenance, control system in each generator.

08) I have experience about 03 MW power plant. This power plant consists of one gas

generators and two diesel generator which name is MIR Cement Ltd. 02 MW HT

generators and 500KW two diesel generator. I have also experience in schedule, overhauling & top overhauling smoothly operating, maintenance, control system in each generator.

09) LT, HT switch gear and protective device, bus bar trouncing, Auto change over with all

electrical control and maintenance with 11 KV sub-Station control system.

10) Maintain of daily log sheet, Weekly log sheet & monthly log sheet and report.

11) Monitoring and timely activities are undertaken by the Maintenance team with regards to the performance of all machines and equipment including Gas Generator, Diesel Generators, Cooling tower, Fire fitting pump, Boilers, Compressors, Motor, Pumps, Electrical Panel Boards, etc

12) Supervising and assisting in daily and scheduled electrical & mechanical-related maintenance as per specified designs and drawings

13) Implementation of policies, procedures, and practices across the Maintenance team with regard to preventive maintenance of mechanical & electrical systems and equipments

14) Conducting regular internal inspections of all machines and equipment’s.

15) Develop and implement the systems for proper transparent documentary and keeping service records/logs of all day-to-day installations/repairs/maintenance, etc.
