Monitor vividly whether the name on the insurance match that of the name on the patient’s folder accompanied with all rightful detailed information.

To ensure that price/s allocated to the drug/s dispensed to the patient is/are the approved.

Ensure that the classification of drug/s listed on the patient’s folder or as prescribed and dispensed by the pharmacy is/are among the many taking care under the scheme.

To cross examine whether patients are billed adequately.

TO cross check all files from various directorate to avoid understatement and overstated drugs and surgeries.

Check the validity of patient’s insurance card ensuring whether the right holder is actually the beneficial.
