CROP PRODUCTION

Checks that the Field Technicians have produced accurate list of the contracted Farmers, verifies if individual farmer contract matches with the Group/Primary Society contract and submits the list to the Agronomy Small Holder Farmer Manager and ensures that market procedures are being strictly adhered to by Pyxus Agriculture Tanzania Limited staff and contracted Farmers,

Reviews plant count and crop estimation at prescribe times, monitors and advises Primary societies on input requirement, checks that Field Technicians are providing adequate agronomy training and advise to Farmers. Field data collected by Field staffs is verified, audited and cross checked by Field Technicians at prescribed frequencies
