●Office Manager and Coordinator of Bayside Clinic, maintain confidentiality support for all Physicians and Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner. Also in charge of all medical and therapy supplies: ordering and maintaining inventory.

●Responsible in maintaining office organization and office procedures, verification of insurance, uphold HIPPA regulations.

●Approved invoices when received and ensure prices abide by our contract with supplier.

●Coordination of nursing staff, nursing students and ARNP and Medical students with scheduling of rotations; Schedule patients, call patients for appointments and triage care with appropriate disciplines while ensuring all full time staffing of providers maintain productivity.

●Keep reports clean and up to date any data that the providers request for referrals and authorizations; prepare information for staff of upcoming office events or in-services or outside vendors, home care and pharmaceutical representatives.
