* At Central Title and Escrow, Inc we worked with Virginia, Maryland and DC. I ensured the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by loan officers. Gather information and took each file from pre-approval to closing. Verify and input proper loan information into the system for processing verified loan documents including income, credit, appraisal and title insurance ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting. I ordered and coordinate loan documents in addition, will arrange closing dates and times and coordinated settlement statements with Title Companies.
* As a Post Closer, I was responsible for the following: I made sure that after the client had executed the paperwork,I was responsible for sending the documents to the lender for funding. Once Funding was sent by the lender then I was responsible to send the required documents to the court house for recording. Once recording was done then I was responsible for disbursing the file. In which included that I payoff their previous loan(s) in a timely manner and made sure that all other funds were distributed accordingly. I was also responsible for depositing any funds as well as sending wires out.
